Healing begins by being deeply seen. This 75–90 minute virtual consultation offers time for your story to be heard, to explore what brings you here, and clarify what you're hoping to create. Together we'll discuss your history, current challenges, relationships, strengths, and goals while considering how therapy/coaching/consultation may best support your journey. If we choose to continue to move forward together, we'll begin crafting a personalized path toward lasting change, resilience, and deeper connection.
